The site lists which of the following three special services are offered: non-ambulatory, assisted living and special care. Also included are the number of beds, name of the administrator and reports on compliance matters, inspections, complaints and violations. Assisted Living facilities can be researched by name, municipality or zip code.

This site uses a five-star system to compare the quality of care of more than 15,000 Medicare and Medicaid Nursing Homes nationwide, including detailed inspection results, staffing ratings, quality measure ratings and penalties. Additionally, you can find each Nursing Home’s number of deficiencies, the ratio of health care professionals to patients, the number of staff hours per patient, etc.
